I had been harboring quite a bit of anger. More than I even knew I had been.
I got way more out of the course than I anticipated I would. I was the one who left my marriage so I thought I was pretty much done with it but it turns out I had some lingering stuff I needed to work and this course helped me work through those things I needed to work through, which are very valuable. I think we (my ex and I) are going to be better friends, after all of this, as a result of this course. It would be good if he could take it too.
If you are thinking about the Rebuilders Program: DO it, don’t hesitate! Do it, even if you think you don’t need it, or you think you are the only one that feels this way. It literally changed my life in so many ways. In strength, and direction, and sooo much more.
I realized that I’M important. I deserve to be considered. It’s about paying tribute to myself. Which is very different than how I grew up. I put others before myself.
I now have a level of confidence that I didn’t have on a personal level. The Rebuilders course was one of the singular elements in my life that helped bring me forward to help me become Carl 2.0 and I have nothing but good things to say about it.
