Independent, Self Directed
You can start the class now and begin your healing now.
All course material is immediately available. You do the same exercises as the community course but you are in control of the schedule.
Community Course
At the beginning of each month a new class starts. See the schedule below for the next available class.
Each week you will have a live webinar with a facilitator that discusses the content for the week. Questions, revelations, and support for each other in a live format. For those of you that miss a week you can watch a recording of the webinar at another time.
When you enroll in the community course you join up to 30 others. New friends, confidants, and online communication.
